A: We aim to respond to organisations within two working days of receiving complete applications.
Q: Can I promote my All In Glasgow 2026 project?
A: Absolutely yes! Please share news about your event by producing materials such as banners, brochures, signage and leaflets. You can also produce online content and newsletters or display the All In logo proudly on your website or social media channels. Just remember that all activity must conform to the guidance set out in the guidelines.
If you wish to use paid media (including paid advertising on social media) or public relations (PR) to boost the reach of your project, please get in touch via email at allin@glasgow2026.com with information around the activity. Please do not proceed with this activity until it has been approved by All In Glasgow 2026 programme.

Q: Can I use the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games logo?
A: No, the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games logo is reserved for official Games sponsors only. If your project has been approved, you will be able to use the All In Glasgow 2026 logo, as long as you conform to the guidance and restrictions set out in the guidelines.
Q: Can I say my project is a Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games Partner?
A: No, we reserve Partner and sponsor status is for official commercial contributors. All In allows groups to feel part of the Games, without creating confusion about sponsorship.
Don’t refer to your organisation or project as a Partner, Sponsor, Provider, Supplier, Supporter, Venue, Event or Festival of the Games, Commonwealth Games, Glasgow 2026 or Team Scotland / Commonwealth Games Scotland.
