Q: What counts as a concession ticket?
A: We have three tiers for concessionary ticket prices:
- Seniors: aged 66 and above
- Children: aged 18 months to 16 years
- Accessible tickets
Q: What fees will be added to my ticket?
A: No booking fees will be applied to the purchase of your ticket(s).
Q: Can I purchase tickets for all sessions?
A: Absolutely, but the number of tickets you can purchase will be capped to ensure that everyone who wants to buy a ticket for different events has the opportunity to do so.
Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: To make it fair for everyone who wants to buy tickets, the number of tickets you can purchase per event will be capped:
- Max seats per session: x4 per in demand sports (see below), x10 for the remaining sports
- Max seats per transaction: 24
- Fans cannot exceed the 4/10 ticket limit per session by making multiple transactions.

Q: Can I choose my own seats?
A: Seats are sold by price category, not by specific location. Seat assignments will be made closer to the Games.
Q: Can I pay in instalments?
A: All tickets must be paid for in full at checkout.
Q: Is there a time limit for completing my purchase?
A: You’ll have 30 minutes to complete your transaction before your tickets are released.
Q: Which payment methods are accepted?
A: All major debit and credit cards are accepted, except American Express, Diners, and Laser.

A: In the event of an error, try the following:

A: Most issues are caused by 3D Secure authentication not completing properly. Try:
